I read it and smiled the whole time why, because rejection is what brought me my healing ❤️‍🩹. I have had abandonment wounds since a child and I played this role of finding people that would mirror this wound back to me. The final lesson to this was two years ago. I just wanted this person to see me so bad. It was never about them. It was always about me. I didn’t see my worth, I didn’t see myself.. this read was beautiful! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much. I’m so glad it resonated. We are so worthy of the love we so easily give others. 🥰

If all of us who’ve ever felt this way got together, we’d fill an entire planet 😅 (Maybe we should 🤣)

I’m so glad that through all of this, you recognized your worth and chose you!

Because as hard as it is, that’s the very first thing we should learn to do from the moment we’re born! Take care!

Absolutely agree. 🥰It starts young, if you’re not raised to know your worth, you can spend a lifetime finding it. This was my case, not until I was well into my 40s. 💞

Beautiful share. It reminded me so much of a time when I left a long-term relationship and did the exact same thing. Your words just helped me integrate, because I didn't fully back then 🙏 awesome, thanks🌟

Unpack "Reality's Song" with My New Podcast Episode!

Hi everyone,

I'm thrilled to share my latest podcast episode, "Reality's Song and the Notes We Play," available now!

This episode delves into some profound reflections on life, connection, and the ever-unfolding nature of reality.

In this episode, we explore:

Embracing Impermanence: How letting go of the illusion of permanence and the weight of control allows us to appreciate life's infinite curves and the eternal nature of change itself.

The Power of Deep Connection: We discuss how engaging with the world and each other as participants in a continuous unfolding, rather than fixed entities, is the essence of deep connection. Every shared moment and attempt at empathy contributes to "Reality's Song".

The Shared Current of Deep Exchange: This episode emphasizes that deep conversations are vital for mutual growth and understanding. They allow us to broaden our perspectives by stepping into another's "inner lens".

Building Empathy and Bridging Gaps: Discover how these exchanges build empathy by understanding the "unseen effort" and unique ways of "noticing" in others, helping to break down misunderstandings and fear.

Facilitating Mutual Evolution: We explore how deep conversations are a "turning" for both participants, fostering a continuous dance of unfolding where we become both "teachers" and "students".

Challenging Assumptions and Fostering Innovation: Learn how these dialogues encourage us to "live inside the question," exposing us to new ideas and perspectives that can lead to fresh insights and collective innovation.

Creating a More Inclusive World: Ultimately, these profound connections pave the way for a world where differences are celebrated, honoring the sacred uniqueness of each being.

The Profound Practice of Gratitude: We touch on gratitude as a lens to see beauty in life's impermanence, recognizing that if "nothing lasts forever," then every moment "matters more".
